The fulfillment associate is an entry-level position that will work at the manufacturing and distribution warehouse, fulfilling orders from Catoosa, OK. The incumbent will pull, count, and verify products, with the expectation to perform other duties as needed. This position works a full-time, 8-hour per day schedule on day shift. Key components for success in this position include a strong focus on meeting and exceeding fulfillment and quality standards, abiding by applicable laws, regulations, company policies and procedures. The ideal fulfillment associate is passionate about output and quality and is flexible in working varied roles when needed.
*Responsibilities:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Willingness and ability to follow directions from department supervisor or facility manager.
· Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
· Ability to pull, count, and verify orders with accuracy.
· Abides by all laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Possesses the skill to accurately count products and verify identifying numbers.
· Conducts quality checks and takes action to ensure only products meeting quality standards and customer specifications are shipped to customers.
· Ability to adjust priorities in accordance with production and shipping schedules, as well as inventory levels.

Requirements:
· Must be over 18 years of age, no exceptions.
· Understands that attendance is a critical part of fulfillment and shipping, and has the intent and ability to arrive on time and work full shifts as scheduled.
· Ability to maintain a professional attitude and still have fun at work; gets along well with others and can work alone or as part of a team interchangeably.
Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to pass State and Federal background checks and qualify for state credentials.
