Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Waiter/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, with the ability to bring a welcoming environment to families in a fast-paced environment. As a waitrer/Server, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the FOH operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and quality in a friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and introduce yourself.
- Inform customers about specials and upcoming events.
- Enter beverage and meal orders into POS system
- Serve prepared meals to customers
- Prepare the bill and process payments
- Clear, clean, and set-up tables
- Communicate any issues/concerns with a Manager
- Keep business hours on track, complete all opening and closing routines
- Maintain overall cleanliness at all times from the front to back, ceiling to floor
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service and food handling skills
- Previous experience in food service and the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with fine dining and guest services
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales handling
