What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Installer/Construction position at Big Dog Solar?
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, layout, and install Solar systems according to building plans
- Required to climb on roofs, but will work on the ground as well
- Work with team members to install all components of the Solar system
- Full-Time position
- Must be willing to travel 2-3 weeks per month (Work Mon-Thurs out of town- company provides travel, per diem, and hotel)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Construction experience preferred.
- Comfortable on roofs and ladders
- Ability to work outside year round
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Provide and maintain a current driver’s license to drive company vehicles
- Ability to be out of town 2-3 weeks per month- REQUIRED.

Work Location: Grand Junction, CO
Pay: Starting $18/hr DOE, raise after a 30 day evaluation anywhere from $18-23
