Retail Production/Graphics Associate:

We are a custom garment decorator which includes mainly T-Shirts & polos, but we do so much more in a retail store. We work as a team to produce the UCE (ultimate customer experience). You will be performing the following tasks:
- Printing/Production of in-house printing projects – digital printing and transfers primarily
- Manage daily production tasks with team: reviewing orders outstanding, orders ready to produce, and taking responsibility in meeting production deadlines
- Produce customer orders with excellence in mind – work with graphic designers to understand what and how the customer orders are to be created
- Contact customers when orders are ready for pick-up
- Use the POS system to capture/manage customer information & transactions
- Maintain and updated scrap logs
- Manage inventory: unpack boxes, stage orders, folding garments, and stocking shelves
- Prepare return items to the various manufacturers
- Help maintain store displays and cleanliness of both retail and stockroom space
- Assist in answering phones and emails
- Assist customers as they walk in when appropriate
- Other activities as needed
Requirements in addition to the above:
- Prior retail production experience is a big plus
- Talent to resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- Top organizational skills to manage multiple daily tasks
- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines - we meet customer deadlines
- Ability to manage many tasks efficiently and simultaneously
- Aptitude to navigate various computer software
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator- to pull artwork into software and make simple adjustments – (We can teach you what you need to know) – A plus if knowledgeable
- Ability to stand on your feet 6 – 8 hours and to lift a box up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work approximately 35-40 hours per week, which includes being able to work on Saturday from 10-2. Some overtime is expected in order to meet project deadline. No Sunday hours.
