We’re looking for a creative Technical Graphics Designer to join our team and work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to design high-quality graphics and user interfaces for HVAC automation systems. Your work will help our clients better understand the systems we create—turning complex data into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals!
- Design engaging, high-quality graphics for HVAC automation systems, including dashboards, schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
- Craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience with automation systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate and meaningful visual representations of system designs and operational data.
- Maintain design consistency and visual branding across all deliverables, creating a cohesive experience.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring clarity and accuracy in every visual element.
- Stay ahead of design trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table

- Proven experience as a graphic designer—bonus points for experience in technical or engineering fields!
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Niagara Workbench or created PX graphics before!
- Ability to take complex technical information and translate it into clear, visually engaging formats.
- Experience in designing user interfaces for digital tools or software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—ability to work with both creative and technical teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality visuals.
- Bonus if you have experience in HVAC systems or automation—though not required, we’d love to hear about it!
