Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Santa Barbara, CA. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training skills
Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
Experience in labor law compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
