Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within our hotel. This is a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of elevators and stairwells
- Restock supplies in public restrooms
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures
- Understanding of housekeeping management principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $14.00 per hour
