Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each of our properties is immaculate and welcoming for incoming guests. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing homes for guests, ensuring everything is in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
- Wash, fold, and replace laundry as needed (linens, towels, etc.).
- Ensure all kitchen appliances, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and ready for use.
- Stock supplies such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning materials.
- Check for and report any maintenance or damage issues to the property manager.
- Ensure the home is safe and welcoming by checking that all lights, heating/cooling systems, and amenities are functioning properly.
- Perform other cleaning-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a vacation rental, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to report issues to management.
- Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and laundry as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from properties.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and respectfully when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vacation rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic maintenance or troubleshooting skills.
