Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential -Vacation Rental settings. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Carry out custodial tasks in properties as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Ensure tv, cable tv and internet are in working condition.
- Provide cleaning reports of any broken or items that need replacement after each clean.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly.
- Manage laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying and restocking.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Complete a cleaning checklist during each scheduled clean.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in vacation rental cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with using a calendar on a software program/app.
- Reliable and Dependable.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards while performing cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
