IN HOUSE JOB. THIS IS NOT REMOTE, MUST BE VERY GOOD WITH QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP!!!! NOT ONLINE QUICKBOOKS
The bookkeeper is responsible for bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger items etc... The ideal candidate is detail oriented with great communication skills, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, bookkeeping and time-management skills, math and data entry skills, integrity an transparency, functions well in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
This position is 40 hours weekly. Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Company Insurance offered after 60 days. Company pays 100% of life insurance, dental, vision and 50% of health insurance.
Experience & Skills:
· Work side by side with the owner
· Must have bookkeeping knowledge
· Must have QuickBooks and Excel knowledge
· Must have experience in accounts payable & receivable
· Must have tax experience
· Must have experience in account reconciliation
· Must have experience in general ledger accounting & reconciliation
· Must have experience in account analysis
· Must have experience with journal entries
· Must have experience with balance sheet reconciliation
· Must have experience with debits & credits
· Provide clerical and administrative support as requested
· Be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
· Proficiency in or ability to learn the various software programs utilized
