JOB SUMMARY
The CS/Admin Front Desk will support the essential functions of the front desk and support administrative duties. This position will provide clear and concise communications with customers, department managers, employees, and the owners of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets walk-ins and incoming calls with a friendly customer-centric approach with a willingness to help.
- Manages all phone lines, qualifying the customer and directing calls appropriately, including logging of all incoming calls.
- Customer Card tracking and updating in NetSuite to provide all departments the information needed to help the customer/client.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and breakroom supply orders via Amazon and Costco.com, and responsible for restocking
- Email management for multiple inboxes
- File management, including scanning, uploading, and saving business documents.
- COI request and organization/distribution of COI's
- On occasion accepts payments for purchases/rentals/services partnering with sales and/or accounting
- Work with company owner on filing and mailing out checks.
- Work with HR on some HR Admin tasks
- Assigned some stretch projects as they arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, time management, follow-through and multitask skills.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Degree or equivalent education required.
- At least 2 years of related experience and execution of similar duties.
- Previous experience with NetSuite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs at a time.
- Vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to function in work environment with moderate noise level from several sources creating constant activity.
Salary : $19 - $21
