🔹 Position Overview
The Sales Specialist is responsible for handling inbound phone estimates for residential moves under 2,000 sq. ft., managing 25 top realtors, developing the senior moving department, and serving as the company’s representative at both NWMAAR & Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce.
This role ensures every inbound estimate is followed up on, Realtor relationships are actively maintained, and a structured senior moving program is developed. The Sales Specialist works in the sales queue, following a scripted sales process, structured follow-up system, and CRM tracking requirements to maximize lead conversion.
Additionally, this role is tasked with building business relationships with senior communities, estate planners, and realtors specializing in senior moves, while also managing the company’s sponsorship at NWMAAR to generate Realtor-driven leads.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📞 Sales Queue & Phone Estimates for Residential Moves (<2,000 sq. ft.)
✅ Manage inbound phone estimates for all residential moves under 2,000 sq. ft.
✅ Follow the approved sales script to ensure a consistent, high-converting sales process.
✅ Execute structured follow-up sequences for unbooked estimates, adhering to the 3-2-1 Rule (3 calls, 2 texts, 1 email).
✅ Work closely with the PH team to ensure all estimates are followed up on within 24 hours.
✅ Track and log all estimates & follow-up attempts in CRM, ensuring pipeline visibility.
🏡 Realtor Program – Relationship Management & Growth
✅ Personally manage & engage with 25 of the top 200 Realtors, ensuring consistent referrals.
✅ Monitor follow-ups for Realtor engagement & track in the Realtor Log Sheet.
✅ Ensure all assigned Realtors receive monthly follow-ups to strengthen referral consistency.
✅ Work alongside the Sales Team Lead to verify Realtor outreach is being executed team-wide.
✅ Attend 2 Realtor morning meetings per quarter to maintain strong relationships and referral flow.
📢 NWMAAR & Olive Branch Chamber Representative – Realtor Sponsorship & Lead Development
✅ Serve as the company’s representative at NWMAAR, ensuring strong Realtor engagement.
✅ Leverage the company’s NWMAAR sponsorship to build relationships with Realtors and generate move leads.
✅ Attend NWMAAR networking events & meetings to reinforce the company’s role as a preferred moving provider.
✅ Ensure all NWMAAR leads are tracked in the CRM and followed up on within 24 hours.
✅ Represent the company at Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce events, generating leads from local businesses, realtors, and senior-focused partnerships.
✅ Ensure all Chamber-generated leads are logged and followed up on within 48 hours.
👴 Senior Moving Department – Business Development & Growth
✅ Develop partnerships with senior living communities, estate planners, and senior-focused realtors to create a referral pipeline.
✅ Work with the marketing team to create targeted messaging for senior clients.
✅ Execute a structured outreach program to assisted living facilities, downsizing specialists, and probate attorneys.
✅ Maintain a pipeline of senior facilities with upcoming openings, ensuring relationships are built early.
✅ Educate internal staff on best practices for handling senior move clients, ensuring the sales team understands the unique needs of senior relocations.
✅ Attend senior-focused networking events & chamber meetings to expand referral networks.
✅ Offer exclusive senior move benefits (e.g., free box delivery, priority scheduling, storage discounts) to increase conversions.
📊 Sales Performance & Follow-Up Strategy
✅ Adhere to the 3-2-1 Follow-Up Rule (3 calls, 2 texts, 1 email) before marking a lead as lost.
✅ Work with the Inside Sales Manager (PH Team) to ensure all follow-ups are properly executed.
✅ Ensure accurate tracking & reporting of all lead interactions in CRM.
✅ Track NWMAAR, Olive Branch Chamber, and senior move lead conversions, ensuring all networking activities generate measurable results.
✅ Generate weekly reports on estimate conversion rates, Realtor engagement success, and senior move growth.
🔹 Success Metrics (KPIs)
📌 Phone Estimate Booking Rate: 50% conversion for moves under 2,000 sq. ft.
📌 Realtor Program Engagement: Consistent touchpoints with 25 assigned Realtors & 5 referrals per month.
📌 Senior Move Growth: Attract 10 new senior move clients per month from outreach efforts.
📌 Follow-Up Compliance: 100% of leads receive structured follow-up per the 3-2-1 Rule.
📌 CRM Accuracy: All interactions, estimates, and follow-ups must be logged daily.
📌 NWMAAR & Olive Branch Chamber Lead Generation: Convert 10 move leads per month from Realtor & Chamber sponsorship efforts.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or business development (moving industry experience preferred).
✔ Strong phone sales & negotiation skills with a proven ability to close inbound leads.

✔ Highly organized & detail-oriented, with experience managing CRM & tracking lead activity.
