Big Lick Roofing is Southwest Virginia's leading master elite roofing company! We specialize in installing industry leading residential roofing systems backed by unmatched warranties. We're based in Roanoke, Va and serve a surrounding 40mi radius.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers and estimate roofing projects
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize software and tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Oversee and manage sold roofing projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the solar or roofing industry
- Fluent in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
