Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee various roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with hands-on experience in roofing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Planning & Coordinating with the production team to ensure all projects are started on time and all materials are on-site.
- Attending pre-installation meetings with clients the day before the project begins to ensure all expectations are captured.
- Starting each job with the assigned crews, taking pre-installation photos, setting up property protection systems, and maintaining cleanliness of the job site.
- Overseeing the installation of each roof system, ensuring all damaged wood is replaced and each component is installed per the work order.
- Communicating multiple times during the day with production on job progress.
- Ensure each job site is left clean and any remaining materials are removed.
- Utilizing company provided technology to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and other relevant skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate light duty equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team on construction sites.
