Position Summary:
Big Lift (dba Big Joe, dba EP OEM Parts), along with its parent Company, EP Equipment, is the fastest growing manufacturer of lift trucks in the world and is widely considered the most innovative player. Big Joe was founded in 1951 and is well known for its vast portfolio of high-quality electric lift trucks and its focus on exceptional customer service.
The Client Success Specialist will partner with multiple cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure coordination of post order-entry responsibilities for large catalog and online accounts are completely accurately. In addition, this role will also be responsible for project managing large accounts’ score scare results and KPIs and ensure internal improvements are made to meet the accounts’ expectation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management
- Validates and troubleshoots incoming orders including customer lead time, pre-shipping and post-shipment arrangements and delivery.
- Effectively partner with other departments to find appropriate solutions to account issues and concerns. These include:
- Manage incoming invoice, full-shipment process timelines, delays, and delivery concerns.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of account interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to insure up-to-date status and communication for cross-functional use.
- Proactively schedule cross-functional team meetings to ensure production, IT, parts and customer service, and sales operations team members are aligned to scorecard improvement initiatives and future KPIs.
- Ensure classification of invoices for billing and payments are accurate and timely
- Proactively review service provider invoices and ensure they are accurately classified and entered in Salesforce for timely invoicing and payment processing
- Support and analyze dashboards and reports for key account customers, service providers and internal key account services team
- Leverage data and insights gathered by Salesforce to recommend how the customers can better manage their fleet
Education Requirements:
- Preferred 5 year of mid-size manufacturing industry experience.
- Preferred 3 years supporting clients $2M
- Preferred some college experience.
- Proficient in MS 365 Suite tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Proficiency with ERP systems
