Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to promote responsible drinking.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring drink ingredients accurately.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and engagement.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the food industry, catering, fine dining, or bartending is highly desirable.
