Duties
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle issues and service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Recommend necessary services based on vehicle inspections
- Maintain customer records and service history accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably at a dealership
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, brake repair, shocks struts, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services
- Familiarity with auto service management practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
