Overview :
Big Sky Resort is looking for kind, guest driven team members who enjoy being on the front line to help provide transformational experiences for skiers and riders looking to improve their ability. This position is located at the Mountain Sports Sales desk in the Montage Hotel. The Mountain Sports School Sales Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping guests purchase, adjust and enjoy lessons during their stay. The main responsibility of this position is booking guests of all ages, ability or type of discipline into a private lesson and selling lift tickets to guests staying at the Montage & Spanish Peaks. Shift type is 4-10 hour days with three days off. Complimentary shift meal provided during work hours.
Responsibilities :
- Must be willing and able to gain extensive knowledge of Big Sky Resort, Montage, and the surrounding areas to answer questions guests might have.
- Must be able to effectively communicate about all lessons and products offered by the Mountain Sports School, specifically private lessons.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales of products while capturing guest data while engaging with guests
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interaction while delivering excellent customer service
- Take initiative to perform duties which facilitate operations and maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and office.
- Enjoy interacting with guests of all types and discussing ski lessons at length. This position requires an outgoing and friendly individual that strives to make guests feel welcome and leave informed!
