Regional Director of Human Resources
Job Overview
Support and guide all aspects of the human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance, time and labor, partner with business unit leadership, human resources reporting, performance management, team member relations and team member development.
Job Responsibilities
- Hire, train, guide, and develop a team of Human Resources professionals, ensuring proper support of all facilities
- Manage the recruiting, staffing, onboarding and training functions for the business units
- Align others when driving positive change for the business and our employees, influence and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Review the time and labor system to ensure team member compliance and reporting
- Ensure that all human resources standards are consistently met including, but not limited to: safety, security, confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, etc.
- Facilitate team member relations coaching with leaders and team members to facilitate proper business outcomes
- Partner with site and team leaders to facilitate consistent policy implementation.
- Conduct thorough employee investigation onsite and remotely, providing summation and recommendations for resolution
- Lead and support annual HR cycle deliverables to include: performance management, merit increases, recognition and engagement programs, and succession planning
- Partner with leadership to guide promotions, transfers, succession, talent development, training and team effectiveness
- Participate in and lead strategic continuous improvement processes through the human resources and field operations teams
- All other duties as assigned
Education – Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior human resources experience minimum 3 years
- Minimum 3-5 years’ human resources experience in a multi-unit, multi-state environment
- Minimum 3-5 years’ leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%; site travel required, some overnight

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment within a manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners.
