- Manage reservations and cancellations

- Ensure the security of the premises during nighttime hours
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Ability to work effectively with phone systems for guest services
- Bilingual skills are a plus for better guest interactions
