Big Top Candy Shop Seeks Shift Leader

Big Top Candy Shop, the delectable gem of South Congress Avenue, is NOW HIRING for leadership positions. We're looking for folks with experience managing high-traffic retail or food service environments, whether you've got experience as a general manager, buyer, or shift lead. Come help us maintain this Austin landmark's designation as one of the most popular destinations in town.

You'll need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and charismatic, and fit in well with Big Top's already amazing crew of confectionery vagabonds and soda jerk misfits, and be ready to take charge and help maintain Big Top's smooth operations and awesome merchandising. We're looking to hire a Shift Lead to help maintain the opening and closing of the shop and keep everything running smooth.

Salary: $14.00-16.00/hour (depending on experience) tips nice health benefits
