Responsibilities:
- Transport customers to and from their homes, offices, or other destinations as needed.
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
- Move and park vehicles efficiently within the service area and lot.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive, customer lounge, and service vehicles.
- Assist with checking in vehicles and bringing them around for customer pick-up.
- Notify the Service Manager of any needed maintenance or issues with shuttle vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tires, cleaning).
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the service team.
