It requires 2-3 years of general accounting or finance experience and a BBA in accounting or finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage issuance of letters of credit globally
- Assist in reviewing and executing global funding requests.
- Assist in foreign currency exposure reviews.
- Prepare customer credit reviews.
- Review drilling contracts from the Treasury perspective.
- Assist monthly treasury reporting to the Treasury Department and CFO.
- Assist monthly / quarterly debt covenant compliance process.
- Assist in quarterly reporting requirements to the Board of Directors.
- Maintain relationships with other departments to coordinate activities, reporting, etc..
- Financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, internal controls, and policies / procedures in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain bank relationships, coordinate / support bank communications.
- Assist in treasury department projects on bank account management.
- Assist with and complete special projects.
