Position Overview
BigBattery is seeking a Social Influence Manager to oversee the development, execution, and management of partnerships with influencers, brands, and community-driven organizations. In this role, you will work on-site at our Commerce, Texas facility and collaborate closely with the Organizational Effectiveness Director, as well as marketing, public relations, and web development teams, to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and fully optimized for maximum impact.
This position focuses on fostering relationships and creating campaigns that integrate BigBattery’s LFP solutions into various industries and professions, while also capitalizing on all major opportunities identified by the team. Familiarity with Upfluence, IMPACT.com, and similar platforms will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Oversight and Management
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of identifying, vetting, and onboarding influencers, brands, and social figures, ensuring alignment with BigBattery’s objectives. Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all collaborators while achieving measurable results.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables align with BigBattery’s goals and branding standards.
Collaborative Execution
Work closely with the Organizational Effectiveness Director to prioritize and execute partnership strategies that support broader company goals.
Collaborate with marketing to develop creative promotional campaigns, public relations to enhance visibility, and web development to optimize online presence and campaign assets. Ensure each campaign is properly integrated across all relevant channels and platforms, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Tracking and Reporting
Use platforms like Upfluence, IMPACT.com, and other tools to track partnership performance and generate detailed reports.
Analyze data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to maximize growth and engagement.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Experience:
3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
Familiarity with influencer management platforms like Upfluence and IMPACT.com is required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
Knowledge & Personality
A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and digital outreach. A passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and creating a positive societal impact. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
