Job Title: Cloud Engineer
We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to deliver top-tier cloud solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting application teams, crafting executable plans, and implementing best practices for seamless cloud migration.
Duties:
- Advise the team on solutions to work within our AWS environment.
- Troubleshoot and configure within our environment.
- Help with the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based reporting solutions.
- Work with the team to secure and maintain RMF accreditation for the applications.
- Resolve and eliminate cyber risks and vulnerabilities across the application space.
- Perform system upgrade activities of BI Reporting Tool Set.
- Maintain and adjudicate FISMA/ACSA findings for monthly system security scans.
- Coordinate with ISSO for POA&M Responses as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 8 years of experience supporting an infrastructure management team.
- Must maintain a TS/SCI clearance and be able to work in a hybrid mode.
- Experience in migrating applications to cloud, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of application architecture in the cloud, including refactoring, integration with other services, and security.
- Familiarity with DSO standards and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Windows and Linux Administration experience.
- Experience with scripting for automation.
Preferrred Qualifications:
- AWS Cloud Certification.
