-
Collaborate with Sales Teams, suppliers, and accounts to optimize retail space and profitability.
-
Prepare and present proposals for resets, ensuring timely implementation and communication.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and accounts through consistent communication and visits.
-
Coordinate with the Space Planning Manager to address questions, concerns, and expectations.
-
Allocate time in trade focusing on execution, display setup, and general account activity.

Thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have experience in sales, category management, or merchandising.
What we need from you:
-
Experience with sales, merchandising, or category management
(You’ve worked with products on shelves and know what makes a layout work—or not.) -
Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and using reports to make smart recommendations
-
Great communication skills, written and verbal
(You can talk shop with sales reps and explain your vision to store managers or suppliers.) -
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn schematic software
(We’ll train you, but you need to love living in the details.) -
A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly (this role splits time between the office and customer accounts)
It’d be great if you had some:
-
Experience using space planning software (think: planogram tools, VIP, etc.)
-
Background in beverage, CPG, or retail merchandising
(Bonus if you’ve worked in or with stores on set execution.) -
A knack for visual layouts and how product placement influences shopper behavior
-
Comfort presenting ideas to customers or internal teams
(Whether it’s a full reset proposal or just a smarter shelf plan.) -
Curiosity about the “why” behind product flow and shelf performance
(You’re someone who notices when the soda aisle layout just isn’t working.)
