Painter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and materials, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using air assisted airless paint spraying equipment.
• Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired results.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform industrial painting tasks as required, including working with various materials such as wood and veneer
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the painting process.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial painting processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of airless paint spraying equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
