Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. We are seeking qualified candidates with expertise in clerical work, procedural operations, and accounting. Also, a detail-oriented individual who can manage schedules, coordinate events, and support human resources activities while maintaining a positive work environment.
Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and executives.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, document preparation, and data entry to maintain organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance evaluations.
- Implement organizational systems to streamline office procedures and improve productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role; experience in medical office management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in calendar management and schedule coordination.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Experience in event planning is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
