Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will act as a key liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring any deficiencies or issues are effectively resolved. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thoroughly research and understand systems and services, and a customer-focused approach to creating tailored solutions. Youll craft precise repair proposals, clearly communicate service offerings, and accurately price products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Repair Proposals : Turn identified deficiencies into actionable repair proposals by :
- Reading and understanding deficiencies.
- Sourcing appropriate parts and determining labor requirements.
- Writing clear and detailed Scopes of Work for customer understanding.
- Collaborate for Seamless Operations : Provide detailed information to ensure smooth internal workflows, including scheduling, warehouse preparation, technician coordination, and invoicing.
- Customer Support : Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
