BigFoot Staffing is partnering with our client, a leader in the industrial industry headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, to find a Parts Coordinator for their team! This role involves researching, sourcing, and purchasing compressor parts while ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and source compressor parts based on operational needs.
- Request and analyze pricing from multiple vendors to secure the best deals.
- Process purchase orders and track orders through delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure parts availability for maintenance and repair operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist with returns, warranties, and resolving order discrepancies.
