Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including pastries or light snacks.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
