We specialize in fresh produce, artisanal goods, dairy, meats, and handcrafted items while supporting local farmers and small businesses.

We offer an OUTDOOR work environment, so you don't have to be tucked away inside on all our lovely days here on the coast. You will work with our amazing team in a quick pace environment that always offers up new experiences!
Job Responsibilities
- Heavy lifting and physical work - regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs, use of pallet jacks to maneuver pallets of produce, helping customers load purchased furniture, plants, pottery, etc. into their vehicles.
- Stock and organize products to maintain an attractive and well-managed display.
- Unload and load trucks with fresh inventory and supplies (we receive trucks daily)
- Engage with customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash and credit card payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the market area, including restocking and tidying the shelves and keeping the yard / parking area clean.
- Follow food safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory tracking and PRODUCT ROTATION(very important).
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and frequent physical activity.
- Passionate about local food, sustainability, and high-quality products.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are favoring full time availability, but we are also hiring for part time candidates as well. Each week will consist of a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. The business operates 9am-7pm, 7 days a week. Reliable transportation is required.
