General Requirements:
Must take charge and own their situation
At least 20 years old
Weekend availability a must
20 hours of availability per week preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs or more preferred
Ability to service customers and operate point of sales system
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Satisfaction
- Operate point of sales system
- Lead a small team (1-2 established teammates)
- Inventorying and Product Ordering
- Product Pickup and Transfer
- Social Media Handling and Marketing Strategist
- Cull Crabs/ Wash Oysters
- Set up and Breakdown Product displays
- Facility Cleanliness
Skills/ Experience:
- Good communications and the ability to work with a team
- Clean Driving Record
- Preferred previous Management Experience
- Preferred knowledge of local seafood
- Strong motor, Good initiative, Professional Attitude, Trustworthy
