If you can handle a high-volume caseload and are looking to be on a winning team, please apply today.Responsibilities Attending court hearings.Conducting and defending depositions.Daily contact with clients regarding various aspects of their case, particularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment.Maintaining and updating case information in law firm case management software.Troubleshooting solutions to client concerns and / or issues “on the fly”.Daily communication with relevant insurance companies and defense firms.Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation.Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly.Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion.Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information.Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents.Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree.A good understanding of personal injury law / tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired.Must be computer proficient.Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity.State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory.Compensation $90,000 - $100,000 yearly Hybrid salary commissionAbout Earley Law Group We are a fast-growing personal injury law practice located in downtown Boston.
