Title: Personal Injury Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 - 125,000 Base, Annually depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and strategize on cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation through trial)
- Attend court hearings & conduct and defend depositions and discovery
- Be proactive with client communication regarding cases, particularly regarding their injuries/medical treatment, and updating information in case management software
- Communicate with medical providers to stay current on client injuries/treatment in addition to defense firms and insurance companies
- Evaluate potential PI claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients
- Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions
- Supervise and delegate tasks to a support staff team
- Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements
Requirements
- A JD degree from an accredited law school and barred in Massachusetts
- 3 years of personal injury trial experience (defense or plaintiff side)
- Able to take a case from inception to completion
- Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- A natural ability to keep things moving in a case and updating clients
- Client-facing experience with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Bonus
- A native or fluent spanish speaker
