Compensation :
90,000 - $100,000 yearly Hybrid salary commission
Responsibilities :
- Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
- Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion
- Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
- Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Attending court hearings.
- Conducting and defending depositions.
- Conducting discovery.
- Daily contact with clients regarding various aspects of their case, particularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment.
- Maintaining and updating case information in law firm case management software.
- Troubleshooting solutions to client concerns and / or issues “on the fly”.
- Daily communication with relevant insurance companies and defense firms.
