About the Role :

The General Manager / Integrator is the second-in-command counterpart to Kaminsky Real Estate Group / ItzSold’s Visionary / Founder and is responsible for faithfully executing our business plan, achieving or exceeding P&L objectives, and harmoniously leading, managing, and holding our team accountable for results. The Integrator will ensure our business has the right people in the right seats; effective processes created, documented and followed by all; metrics are in place to drive action; issues are prioritized, solved, and lead to action; and our meetings are collaborative, impactful, and designed to ensure we achieve our shared vision. The Integrator also takes the lead with the Visionary to optimize the Visionary / Integrator Duo relationship and integrate the tools and techniques needed for business success.

This leader will also directly lead our Operations & Finance functions, facilitating seamless administrative and transaction support to operations. This includes facilitating ongoing evaluation of key business drivers, trends, and performance metrics, integrating new and existing tools to enhance transaction management & tracking, budget & cash flow projections, monthly closeout, and overall P&L management. This leader must be forward thinking, able to handle operational challenges and day-to-day issues, and keep the dots connected across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business; accountable for team health and a strong Visionary / Integrator relationship.
  • Execute the Vision / Traction Organizer (V / TO) business plan; lead, manage, and ensure accountability of the leadership team for results.
  • Ensure effective company-wide communication and alignment of all team members with our Core Values. Take the lead on company-wide events, team outings, and presentations.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and adherence to core processes.
  • Ensure tools and procedures are in place to track agent metrics, marketing & advertising metrics (lead source ROI), and overall team performance.
  • Ensure the technical integration, functioning, and operational tools to include our CRM (Follow Up Boss), transaction management platform (SISU), document storage (SkySlope); and other support tools as required (Ninety.io, Canva, AI support tools, etc.)
  • Screen, select, and oversee employees, virtual assistants, and external vendors to attain business objectives and drive results.
  • Recommend risk management strategies, fiscal controls, policies, and operational improvements to ensure the attainment of company V / TO objectives.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Proven team leader and builder.
  • Detail focused, self-starter that gets things done.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy, learns and implements new software and systems quickly.
  • Adept at creating and improving processes and systems.
  • Skilled at project planning and management.
  • Experienced in real estate marketing, operations, and / or transaction management.
  • Strong financial literacy with recurring financial reporting experience.
  • Able to work out of our Hermosa Beach office at least 2-3 days / week.
  • Preferred :

  • Small Business Ownership and / or Leadership experience.
  • Track record of increasing year-over-year profitability.
  • Experience using real estate CRMs, transaction management, and document storage and tools.
  • Experience managing 3rd Party Vendors, virtual assistants (VAs), and SaaS providers.
  • Experience using the EOS and associated tools.
  • CA Real Estate license with 5 years of experience.
  • High volume / large team sales management experience.
  • Served as an Integrator for a company running on EOS.
  • Experience scaling a small business 10X in revenue.
  • Real Estate Operations Finance / Accounting experience.
  • Compensation :

    125,000 DOE Performance bonus
