We are a large, well-established Personal Injury Law Firm looking for highly motivated, energetic, legal sales professionals. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record of sales success and have a natural sense of urgency paired with a genuine trait of empathy. Applicants who are at the top of their game in the insurance or financial industries are particularly welcome! We are looking for CLOSERS!
Legal experience is not required but Sales experience is!
This position IS NOT FOR YOU if you are afraid of outbound calling, scripts, rejections, and an in-office schedule.
This is a challenging, but rewarding position that offers amazing benefits and the potential to earn $100,000 , which includes base pay plus a REALISTIC BONUS STRUCTURE.

Responsibilities
- Initiate phone calls to potential customers and introduce our range of services
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Identify the specific needs of customers and suggest suitable solutions
- Successfully close sales and meet monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints
