What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operation Specialist (Campaign Management) position at BIGO?
Responsibilities
Manage Family Team P&L and budget
Forecast and plan revenue events to achieve monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets
Collaborate with Family team members to achieve relevant KPI’s such as retention, event ROI, user growth, user spend, new families, etc.
Run post-campaign analysis to further optimize desired outcomes
Experiment with new methods to drive incremental revenue
Improve data transparency across teams
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above
SQL & Excel Fluency
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization
Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize information to highlight key insights; Effective in team cross-collaboration
Ability to connect and build trusting relationships with users; leveraging insights to improve business operations
Analytical skills; Experience with data analysis and report; Ability to make data driven decisions highly preferred
