HOURS
Monday - Thursday : 1 : 00 - 7 : 00 pm
Saturday : 10 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm
Scheduled dates and hours subject to change at employer discretion
PAY, BENEFITS AND PERKS
Hiring Pay Range : $17.00 - $22.00 / hr

SUMMARY
Leasing Consultants are responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The incumbent interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property / building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas.
