What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at BigShots Golf?
We are hiring servers! The BigShots of Vero Beach is a golf entertainment complex bringing family fun to the greater Vero Beach area. Our front of the house team provides outstanding service for our guests. Our facility gives you a chance to work in an outdoor environment that is sheltered from the elements. We are looking for friendly engaging team members to serve our guests. We need servers with open availibilty to include weekends
Responsibilities:
- Delight our guests with personalized experience
- Maintain an appropriate speed of service to meet business needs
- Keep a focus on Tee Box safety
- Deliver outstanding guest service
- Be knowledgeable about out menu and games
- Help with other tasks as designated by management
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep a positive attitude
- Able to communicate, listen to directions and take feedback
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stoop and bend, includes stairs
- Must be 18 or older
