What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Assistant Trainee position at bigtuna Japanese Restaurant?

- We are looking for just one person who wants a career in Japanese restaurant business. We want to train you from the beginning-dishwashing and cleaning- all the way to sushi chef if you can learn. It may take a while but if you are willing to learn, we can provide.
- Positions are open for the Palmdale location.
- Professional attitudes towards customers and staff members.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Maintains a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with cashiers, chefs and other staff.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and general maintenance of section during shift, especially post pandemic.
- Other duties may be assigned as the need arises.
- Learn the ins and outs of the kitchen.
- Able to lift at least 15 lbs.
- Must have or will have to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
