About the role
As our Content Lead, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and execution of Bikky’s messaging. Your impact will be visible wherever we talk about Bikky - from the copy on our marketing site, to the strategic narrative of our case studies, to our new content bets.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the strategy for how we communicate the value of data to the restaurant industry.
- Craft and deliver compelling narratives about how Bikky helps restaurants use data to transform their business.
- Build our brand through a full suite of content initiatives, including blog posts, webinars, case studies, and client announcements.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and design to develop new collateral that drives engagement with prospects and customers.
- Own messaging for 1-to-many campaigns, including nurture sequences and prospecting related to industry tradeshows.
As our second marketing hire, you’ll report directly to our co-founder and CEO and have outsized impact on the organization. You’ll work directly on cracking our hardest positioning and messaging problems.
About you
You’re a talented product or content marketer that blends exceptional copywriting and storytelling to craft compelling narratives for our audience. You’ll blend these with creativity and strategic insight to develop new content initiatives, iterate on our messaging across the funnel, and understand how these efforts contribute to our growth goals.
Minimum requirements:
- 5 years of experience in product or content marketing in a B2B, sales-led go to market model.
- Track record of translating complex, technical information into clear, persuasive, and accessible content for non-technical audiences.
- Expert understanding of how different content efforts map directly to audience needs and the company’s growth goals.
- Prior experience managing contract copywriters to consistently deliver high-quality work with short turnaround times.
Preferred:
- Experience marketing a technical SaaS product with a complicated value proposition for non-technical audiences.
- Experience marketing to executive-level stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Adept at using data to craft strong, persuasive narratives.

Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 - $170,000 annual salary. Estimated salary range is inclusive of multiple levels and will be narrowed in the interview process.
