Job Description:
We seek professionals with experience in the construction industry and specific experience in utility and concrete work. Another advantage is that you have OSHA and QCM certifications. Responsibilities will range from foundation, structure, and façade through mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to interior rough and finish. The superintendent will oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities, including daily communicating issues, events, performance, problems, and progress to the Project Manager and facilitating the most cost-effective solutions to situations that may arise. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to military installations.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction with at least 7 of those years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity in all phases of heavy commercial construction experience.
Primarily, responsible for managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
Must always be on-site during the performance of the assigned projects until the work is completed and accepted.
Must have experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
Must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings.
Skills: Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite software, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, organize, blueprint reading, and schedule knowledge.

The ability to travel with possible short-term relocation, as required.
