We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for individuals with behavioral health challenges, particularly those with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.
Skills
