Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.
