Now Hiring: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress
- Collect and track data to monitor behavioral improvements
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
What You Need:
- Active RBT certification (state requirements apply)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong commitment to student success
Position Details:
- Classroom Setting: School-based
- Hours per Week: Full-time
- Weekly Pay
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
- Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer and the 2024-2025 school year
