We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join our team in Coldwater, MI. This full-time, onsite position will focus on supporting middle and high school students, helping them navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect social work services to students.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Must hold an active Michigan 310 School Social Work certification.
- Must be licensed as a School Social Worker in Michigan.
- Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
