Were looking for a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Elyria, Ohio! If you have a passion for evaluations and IEPs, and the flexibility to manage varying hours, this is the role for you. Help students succeed with your expertise in physical therapy while collaborating with a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop IEPs.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).
- No direct therapy minutes required.
- 29 evaluations expected for the current school year.
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on evaluation deadlines and meetings.
Qualifications:
- License: Must hold a valid State of Ohio Physical Therapy license and an ODEW Physical Therapy license/registration.
- Experience: Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric physical therapy is a plus.
Position Details:
- Classroom: Various school locations.
- Hours per Week: Varies between 0-20 hours per week depending on evaluation needs.
- Weekly Pay: Competitive hourly rate.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
- Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
