School Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Opening in Elkton, MD
Bilingual Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district located in Elkton, MD.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs for occupational therapy.
- Assess students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities in school settings.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluations.
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students
Job Type:
- Full time: 37.5hours / week
- 2024-2025school year
- K-12 caseload
- Onsite / W2
Qualifications:
- Requires Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in school setting
- Must be licensed in the state of Maryland
- 2 years previous experience in schools preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
