About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support classrooms and students in Charleston, SC. As a Paraprofessional, you’ll assist teachers in delivering instruction and provide direct support to students, helping create an engaging and inclusive educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction and help manage daily activities.
- Work with students in small groups or one-on-one settings.
- Assist students with special needs by implementing accommodations or behavior plans.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
